Description

Multiplus™ Valthane 520 PU Topcoat is a two component polyurethane topcoat developed for Industrial OEM and repainting applications. It delivers an excellent appearance with strong colour retention and a durable, consistent finish across a wide range of industrial uses.

Formulated for ease of use in professional environments, this topcoat is suitable for both air dry and force dry applications, offering flexibility across different workshop and production processes. The coating provides high colour fastness and excellent weather resistance, supporting long term performance in demanding conditions.

Multiplus™ Valthane 520 is available in a range of colours, including black and white, and offers both high gloss and matt finish options to suit different application requirements. All variants are chromate and lead free, ensuring compliance with modern coating standards while maintaining high performance.

Key Features
Surfaces:	Plastic substrates Solvent-resistant surfaces, cleaned/sanded/hardened original and old paintwork.
Preparation:	Wet on Wet or sanded surfaces (P320-P400) depending on the parts, size and application process.
Cleaning:	The surface must be dry and free from any contamination, e.g. oil, grease, or release agents.
Recoating:	Not Recommended
