Winners of The South African Motor Body Repairers Association.

RSB Announced as Winners of The South African Motor Body Repairers Association (SAMBRA) prestigious industry awards: 2017/18, 2019 and 2021

The annual SAMBRA Awards honour top vehicle insurers and OEMs, as well as paint and equipment suppliers, for their contribution to the sustainability of motor body repairers in South Africa.

The winners are selectedthrough an annual survey which is independently managed and audited and targets SAMBRA members nationwide to rate insurers, OEMs, as well as paint and equipment suppliers on several factors including relationship satisfaction, quality of vehicle damage assessment, customer service, green practices, training programmes, product support, and more.

The SAMBRA surveyhas a response rate of more than50%, has become an important measure of success and progress in the insurance, OEM, and supplier sectors.

It is, therefore, quite the honour that RSB Autogroup was voted the outright winner in the Paint Supplier category in 2017 and 2018, which saw the distributor take first position in the sub-categories of Best Product Support, Best Training, and Overall Service Excellence.

In 2019, RSB Autogroup was once again awarded first position in the categories: Best Product Support and Best Training.

Due to Covid restrictions the last awards were held in 2019 and only reintroduced this year (2022) for the 2021 period. RSB (R-M) was once again victorious and scooped all three awards in the Paint Supplier category, including the Overall Service Excellence award in this category.

SAMBRA is a member of the Retail Motor Industry organisation (RMI) which represents the majority of accredited motor body repairers in the country. It collaborates with various industry influencers such as insurance companies, OEMs, automotive refinish suppliers, the labour department and trade unions to maintain industry sustainability and development.
