Multiplus™ TB520 PU Topcoat High Gloss is a two component very fast polyurethane topcoat developed for Industrial OEM and aftermarket repairs. Formulated for very good gloss and flow, it delivers a high gloss finish with reliable application characteristics. The recommended mix is 80 percent binder and 20 percent colour toner, with an alternative 70 percent binder and 30 percent colour toner for low opacity colours.
TB520 offers excellent air dry and force dry capabilities, providing flexibility across different production processes. It also delivers very good UV protection, supporting long term finish performance. All toners used within the system are chromate and lead free.
